Every chord movement is a di-chord you already know by sound. Sprint by sprint, you learn to own each one.
You already own [3] and [4] by sound (the quality di-chords from the Plogger system).
In Ain't No Sunshine you are hearing these root movements — your ear is already filing them — but you don't own them as movements yet. That comes sprint by sprint.
When you learn [5] in Sprint 2, you are not learning a new sound. You are naming a sound you already know from the Plogger system. The harmonic movement sequence and the di-chord ear training system are the same ear, operating at two different levels. Every sprint adds one more movement to the map — until every chord change you hear has a number, a color, and a name.
